Art From the Ridge. Mixed Media Artwork by Mary Ann Moss. Saturday, July 25, 2015. AND Here is #2. 8 in x 6 in. Acrylic on Rice Paper and Postage Stamps,. Mounted on Gallery Wrapped Canvas. The stamps were of varying shared of red violet, so the subject is too. Exaggerating color is a fun exercise. #3 of the series is nearly done too. Working so small is a bit of a challenge as it is tough to get much detail added. (That is certainly not necessarily a bad thing.). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Art From the Ridge. Mixed Media Artwork by Mary Ann Moss. Sunday, April 21, 2013. Do You Know Him? 425 in x 2 in. After Piero della Francesca. The nose should give him away even though the likeness is lacking.would you recognize him more easily if I had made his "milk carton" hat red? Frederico is the first sketch of my next sketchbook/journal. So, there will be no new posts for a while, but then I should have a plethora of things for show and tell! Sunday, April 14, 2013. And all are just wonderful!
