Simple and Tasty Prime Rib. This is one of our favourite Prime Rib recipes that isn't done on the barbecue. Since it *is* the Yukon, and can tend to get chilly sometimes, it's not always possible (or pleasant) to cook outside. We found this one and modified it here and there to make it our own. It's very easy to make, with simple ingredients, and from start to finish is about 3 hours including cooking time. 2012 Derrick and Cheryl McKay.

Monday, May 16, 2011. Dallin rode the Grizzly Rapids at California Adventure and loved it (even though he got soaked and it was a little chilly outside). Playing at Disneyland is hard stuff.
