OK, so our trip to the Big Apple was actually last summer but its worthy of a blog update since it was our first trip without the kids. ever! We packed a lot in during the trip including; Serendipity, The World Trade Center site and museum, The Statue of Liberty, The Jekyll and Hyde Club, Times Square, Central Park, shopping on Canal St. in Chinatown, and getting lost in Queens- got on the subway heading in the wrong direction, oops, sorry! We anxiously awaited the holiday with so much to be thankful for. My dad, mom and both of my sisters flew up to spend Thanksgiving with us (for the first time ever! Monday, July 18, 2011. All I can say about camp is WOW! No really it was great and I really got to know the girls a lot better. Two years doing girls camp has been a blast. This years theme was Value University. To Learn, To Do, To Be. (Stake Camp)We were Divine Nature all dressed in blue! A few of us celebrated our birthdays at camp and that was fun. Tom and the kids surprised us with a huge birthday cake and ice cream on Wednesday afternoon. He is such a wonderful man! We had fun with your cute kids!
