Saturday, January 30, 2010. Still making six a day. This is sort of a continuation of my last blog. I have three different paths I can take. One of 2 miles, one 4 miles, and one of six. {round trips} I usually take the 4 miler every morning. Then I can add to it later in the day. I have tried to do some jogging, mixed in with the walk.
