The term workload has many different meanings. This is why it is not always obvious what is meant by workload. Nevertheless, it is possible to objectify workload. Intergo developed a model for mental workload, based on literature, (inter) national norms and experiences in previous workload projects. The workload model is mainly based on ISO 10075 (1991).
