Sunday, January 11, 2015. Winter in Manito Park. Christmas in Las Vegas. A few weeks back, we packed our bags and headed to Vegas to see the family! Ezra particularly loved having the suitcases out while we packed and would climb on them at every available opportunity. It was a really great trip, but unfortunately much of it is a blur! Seeing Ezra and Evelyn play together. He adores her and likes to give her kisses. Christmas morning breakfast at The Bagel Cafe. Seeing THE HOBBIT and UNBROKEN. Finally.

Thursday, November 20, 2014. Some Recent Pics from my Camera Roll. This is his model pose. He's going to be a STAR. Shenanigans. and the one time Ezra decided to start Brothers Karamazov. He's an ambitious whippersnapper. He loves all things bathtub. He's constantly throwing everything he can get his hands on inside. Hopefully he won't figure out how to climb in anytime soon. Helping(ish). Train them while their young. He is such a boy. Ezra's favorite friend. :). A birthday treat for one of our Sunbeams.

Sunday, March 29, 2015. Twinning at 17 Weeks. This pregnancy is slowly inching by, so I thought it was about time I shared a bump picture! 17 weeks. I could be halfway right now, but I sure hope not! I am hoping when we get down to Vegas my new doctor will tell me he is totally fine with my going all the way to 40 weeks as long as the babies are happy, healthy, and not too squished. Monday, December 22, 2014. Christmas Festivities - Students in Spokane Style. Winter is upon us. The pond is frozen, but the geese and ducks remain. Thankfully, there has been hardly any snow thus far, so maybe I will enjoy the snow all the way through January this year. One can hope, since it often lasts, on and off, through at least April. Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Sherwin's favorite part of our visit to church history sites was the visit we made to Carthage jail. Carthage jail was about a half and hour drive from Nauvoo. All my life I had imagined a concrete building with bars on the windows. I was surprised to learn that the jail also served as and home for the jailor and his family. Sunday, April 7, 2013. Featuring some of history's most remarkable figures, vivid detail, and page-turning action,. I particularly liked this passage found right before his death at Ford's Theater:. She giggles to her husband. 'She will think nothing about it,' he replies, squeezing her hand but not letting go.". This passage makes Mary's despair even more heartbreaking in the coming chapters. Do you love political face-offs, Teddy bears, and people who concern themselves, in making life changing decisions with a "still, small voice"? If so, you will probably enjoy Theodore Rex. This book is the second in a series by Edmund Morris, the first of which, The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt. 1979), won the Pulitzer Prize. I am hoping to go back and read that at some point. Theodore Rex. Was released in 2001 and Colonel Roosevelt.
