Crutches stilts and trust falls. May 29, 2014. Last year someone shared a picture they saw of me in their mind’s eye. I was on crutches. I was not very successful at walking so I eventually ditched them, literally stood on God’s feet and we walked away together. The subject trust falls came up in conversation with a friend recently, and we discussed how it feels like a silly exercise, but how it can also really shed light. It got me thinking about those crutches again. And when do we let go and fall?
