Now, given that I am Irish through and through, it’s somewhat odd for me to find myself drawn to a spirit who is quintessentially Mexican. Catholic folk magic and Hoodoo. Today is the feast day of Saint Expedite. He is a great saint to turn to when you need something done in a hurry and he always gets results. If he works for you, you have to thank him by offering pound cake with three coins and three candles on it. After three days, throw the cake out for the critters and put the coins in a church charity box. I have just finished a novena to him and he worked very well for me. I want to publically say:.
