UPDATE - November 2011. This 2005 midnight black Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor was purchased by Keith Jarvis in September of 2007. It remained stock for the first few years while Keith resisted the urge to modify it into a show car. Midnight Kompressor in the News. Getting press coverage with a daily driver is very difficult to achieve. As Midnight Kompressor increases its presence on the Internet it also gains interest in print. A photo shoot was set up for Midnight Kompressor's print debut. A plan background that accentuated the dark details of the car was crucial to really capturing the essence of the car. The typical green nature setting just wasn't going to cut it.
