Month 2 Update | Welcome to My ICL Experience
https://myicl.wordpress.com/2013/08/20/month-2-update
Welcome to My ICL Experience. My Journey From -12.00 to 20/20. Week 4, 5 and 6 Update. Rosa simplicity (Photo credit: Wikipedia). Hmmmmm…. Am I really closing up Month 2 here? My only update is just that my eyes are FANTASTIC. My vision is so clear, and now that my mind is finally used to the clarity, it’s much more comfortable. The halos I sometimes see? Next to nil. Only when I walk through my very dark house that the lights on the DVD player will create the halos; they are not seen any other time.

Welcome to My ICL Experience. My Journey From -12.00 to 20/20. Week 4, 5 and 6 Update. I didn’t post this week because I was miserable. After three great-ish weeks, I developed some setbacks in the discomfort department. My eyes were still annoyingly light-sensitive and felt sore to the touch (couldn’t even put on my eye make-up without tearing), but what scared me was that I developed a slight infection in my right eye –. Always the right eye! Week 5 and 6. Seeing anything less than 20/20 seems a lifeti...

My only update is just that my eyes are FANTASTIC. My vision is so clear, and now that my mind is finally used to the clarity, it’s much more comfortable. Occasionally my eyes will feel dry when I’m tired, but it’s not a big deal because I either go to sleep or, if I have to stay up, a drop of moisturizing eye drops fix it every time. Week 2 Update | Welcome to My ICL Experience
https://myicl.wordpress.com/2013/06/20/week-2-update
Welcome to My ICL Experience. My Journey From -12.00 to 20/20. Week 3 Update →. Here to report a mostly uneventful week – hooray! Dry eye: Massively improved. Last week I’d have to use my drops immediately upon wakening, but I haven’t done so in the last couple of days. Redness: My eyes are never really white, but I’m not sure if they ever were. I do notice that they get even redder when I’m tired. Treasured Moment: How being able to stuff everything I need into ONE hygiene bag! Also: The other night, I ...

Welcome to My ICL Experience. My Journey From -12.00 to 20/20. Not too long ago, a friend of mine asked me if my new vision has lost its novelty. Good question! And as of today, I still cannot wear eye cream without my eyes screaming to shut. Other than that, everything is great. And going away last week was a cinch without lugging my glasses/contact lens gear. I actually saved room in my suitcase! You don’t wear contact lenses anymore! Here to report a mostly uneventful week – hooray! Light sensitivity:...

Welcome to My ICL Experience. My Journey From -12.00 to 20/20. Day 8 Update →. Sleep/Sheep (Photo credit: kanami ogata). Ack I spoke too soon, for it seems that I am still in recovery. Of course this makes absolute sense; after all, am I not only on Day 7? Anyway, I got kicked in the butt today, and as I’m typing this, I am extra lethargic and had to skip work just to accommodate my great need for naps. Yippee. And detailed, and I immediately started to crave blurry vision. (Strange, I know! Dry eyes ...
