Saturday, July 3, 2010. July 3rd- 10 days after surgeries. I was also given a prescription for a pain killer, but I had no pain what so ever from the surgery so I did not fill that one either. I am still wearing my googles to bed, although I woke up this morning and they were off. Must have been a crazy dream or something! Thursday, June 24, 2010. June 23- My appointment time is 7:00, but the girl told me to come in at 6:30 and they would get me back there first. She wasn't lying! They check my vision, which again isn't very impressive, and they mention that the pressure in my eye is a little higher than they would like. Monday, June 21, 2010. I was then lead back to the surgery center and given a beeper.again I felt like I was at Outback, and boy what I would have given for one of their patron margaritas! Friday, June 18, 2010. ICL procedure- entry #2. Went in first thing for my YAG pi.where they laser small holes in the iris of the eye. This has something to do with the pressure of the eye and flow of fluid. It was then that I whispered to her, "excuse me, but what exactly is this sticky stuff running from my eyes? My only update is just that my eyes are FANTASTIC. My vision is so clear, and now that my mind is finally used to the clarity, it’s much more comfortable. The halos I sometimes see? Next to nil. Only when I walk through my very dark house that the lights on the DVD player will create the halos; they are not seen any other time.
