July 24, 2015. Life is exhausting. This week, more than any other time in my life this year, I felt the sharpest pangs of exhaustion. I knew on Monday that come Friday, I will not be able to think about anything. With this in mind, I didn’t have the will to entertain bullshit, from work or people. I had to use my energy to get on with the business of working. Data on stupid people. So part of radical self-gatekeeping was unfollowing/unfriending everyone who is an undercover silly person.
