A peek into what makes our house a home. Monday, September 17, 2012. Back in June my Grandmother turned 82! We were so glad to be able to travel to Naples and celebrate with her! A peek into what makes our house a home. Friday, September 21, 2012. On the Fourth of July, the girls decided to do something American. They opened a business. Papa had gotten watermelons at a farm for 50 cents a piece, and the girls were determined to make some money! It was a HOT day, but they braved the heat and set up in the driveway. Notice their cute red, white, and blue shirts! Then there was the advertising. At the end of the day, they had made over $11 each. Abby LOVES her watermelon!

Tuesday, April 14, 2009. Cute kiddos and fun times. I know it’s been a while since I posted but here I am. We haven’t been doing a whole lot around here but we have had some fun times. Sunday, October 17, 2010. Every year the police department sponsors a night at the corn maze. This is one of our favorite things to do in the fall. This year we have had a warmer than usual fall so the boys actually wore shorts. There are a lot of activities to do such as the cow train, a corn kernel sand box, pig races, corn cob cannon, and of course the corn maze, which was a guy in a kayak. Randy took a picture with his phone when he was flying over one day. It was pretty cool! In the corn maze.
