I find it easier to produce small projects in quantity; it seems almost like the same amount of effort to make four purses as it does to make one. Freitag, 23. Dezember 2016. Ein gemeinsames virtuelles Adventsnähen eines bis dato unbekannten Taschenschnittes an. Über zwei Wochen wurde jeden Tag ein kleiner Teil des Ebooks "Packs ein" gezeigt, der im Schnitt in 5 bis 10 Minuten nachgenäht ist. Weil ich in den letzten Wochen so wenig Zeit zum Nähen habe, Weihnachten vor der Tür steht und ich unbedingt nach das ein oder andere Geschenk brauche und endlich mal wieder wenigstens für kurze Zeit an die Maschine will, habe ich dieses Jahr mit gemacht.

Thursday, May 28, 2015. I think yellow and blue is my all-time favorite color combination, and I am absolutely in love. With this little quilt. At 40" square, it's a good little lap or baby size. I'm not sure if it's the off-centeredness of it or what - I made this quilt. Out of many of the same fabrics three years ago and wasn't half as enthralled - but there's just something about it that's making me want one for my bed. Note the wall color - wouldn't it be great? These triangles are still in the works - it's just one of those projects that I should have thought through a little more carefully before I decided to add quarter-inch strips between each piece. I have a hard enough time keeping my triangle rows straight as it is, and I guess it's pretty typical that I decided to complicate things. Wow, you are on a roll! Lots of great stuff this week.
