Ginger doesn't like to be separated but unfortunately, she doesn't fit through the old doggie door. She did keep a constant eye on us the whole time though! She'd somehow pushed herself through the door and her poor little belly was rubbed raw! Saturday, November 26, 2011. We had the goal netting in front of us so we actually had to throw...

Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend: July 2009
http://fraternalmom.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend. Saturday, July 11, 2009. There was an article in the local paper about Sarah Palin stepping down as Governor of Alaska. Basically the male reporter stated she was ruining her career in politics. Yada Yada. People usually tend to believe I voted McCain/Palin because I'm a female voter. Sorry to disappoint those folks but I don't vote for a candidate based on gender. Maybe all of Alaska is glad she's leaving. Otherwise all the people suing her would bankrupt their...

Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend: July 2010
http://fraternalmom.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Quite a few stores here are promoting a Christmas in July sale to boost retail sales. Some are going as far as playing Christmas music in the store. I for one don't think it will work. The economy is bad with a capital B. Regardless of when you have a sale if I don't have the money then I ain't buyin. I know I like to plan things ahead but even I'm not that. Thursday, July 15, 2010. I am officially a Mid-Westerner. In my head I pictured ton...

After coloring him some clothes, we took him on a Boy Scout trip to Kentucky. We visited the Audobon State Park. They taught us how to make a bird feeder, we went bird watching, and Andrew got to pet a Black King snake. . PS Stanley had a great time! They place to cars side by side on the track. Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend: December 2008
http://fraternalmom.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend. Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Secret and Illegal Societies. Today was a rare day, I got to watch television. I almost wished I hadn't. The topic was Polygamy. As I sat there staring at the t.v. with tears in my eyes, these young girls talked about escaping from compounds in rural Utah and Arizona. All of them forced to marry before the age of 16. Some to their first cousins. It is estimated that 2 billion women and children around the world live under the oppression of...

Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend: March 2009
http://fraternalmom.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Woman,Wife,Mother,Daughter and Friend. Wednesday, March 4, 2009. We talked it over and we really wanted to go. The kids were really excited plus we had told Grandma we were coming. I started looking for rentals. Yes, as in a rental car. I found out renting a van for a week was around the cost of a monthly payment so I booked it. Next I bought snow gear online for the kids. After packing for everyone we were ready. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Paws in the Park Event in Taft. Clever Girl Goes Blog.

The Friesen's: November 2009
http://leahfriesen.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 7, 2009. When I was little my mom would make breakfast for dinner. Now I do it with my family. Matt thinks it's a little weird. But hey, it's food right! The kids are always wanting to help out around the kitchen. Breakfast is one of the easiest meals you can make. So I got out aprons for Madison and Isabelle, Andrew wouldn't wear one because they looked "girlie". Little did he know I only had two. Later we did take the kids around the neighborhood to go trick or treating. This yea...
