This recipe is easy to make, includes a vegetable and the kids loved it! I served this with sweet potato fries! 1 lb ground turkey. 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1/2 onion, chopped. 3-4 carrots, grated. 1 egg 1 egg white. 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. 1/2 c brown sugar.

After many tries I was finally able to create my own recipe with the guidance of others online. This meal is hearty and there is always enough left over for the next day! 1 medium onion, chopped. 2-3 carrots, peeled and diced. 2-3 potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 – 2 cooked chicken breast shredded or chunks. 1 3/4 c chicken broth. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme. 2 Tbsp melted butter.

Monday, August 16, 2004. I had my 2nd son 3 1/2 mths ago. My boys are 8 yrs apart. The oldest does not care for his new brother at all! The baby has reflux and cries a lot,. Sometimes three hours straight. I have been giving him cereal in his bottle. Per the Dr and he also takes Zantac. It has helped a lot! How serious is reflux? Most babies with reflux grow out of it in their first year,. As the sphincter muscle gets stronger. But that's no reason to take reflux lightly. Two or three times every night.
