My daily 5-minutes peace of mind. 65288;今天好幾次我想把臉書的生日顯示關掉。）. 我想說的是對於禮物和浪漫的期待。即使不過紀念日不過情人節不過耶誕節，生日很難裝作沒事，因為這一組數字出現在各式證件裡要忘記也很難。落在聖誕跟新年之間的生日很麻煩。慶典太多，氣氛太歡欣，但那一切都不是為了你。你也很難不接到一張用 ps 說生日快樂的聖誕卡。所以久了就很習慣那麼就當作這是跨年的前一天吧不要追究了吧。我也不喜歡聖誕節。朋友間當作聚餐或互道祝福的話頭沒問題，當作維繫客戶關係寄個卡片表示心意（兼催帳）的藉口也沒關係。但是我想不出一大家子出去吃聖誕大餐的理由- 我是說吃飯可以，但是不要為了聖誕節特別要去訂聖誕餐，尤其這一家人明明都不信基督也幾乎天天見面。今年如往常我沒有收到生日卡沒有花沒有禮物，只是訂了兩張票要去看舞台劇。不過拜託家人幫忙陪一小孩有點麻煩，他們不特別樂意、我當然也沒那個臉說因為今天我生日請幫我如何如何。我只好做好大不了一個人去看也沒關係的心裡準備。想起這些是因為阿公過世了。阿公一直話很少，像一隻溫馴的貓。鄉下人有信...阿公跟我說過：人的一生...

My daily 5-minutes peace of mind. 最近一直在想，並企圖要檢討，為什麼論文寫不出來，畢竟我趕稿絕不失手，急件照單全收，如期交付使命必達。老闆說，寫作是我最大的困難。她的意思應該不是我不會寫，而是我不去寫。年輕一點的時候，我可能會不放棄地催眠自己：「寫論文才能畢業啊。」「學生的責任就是完成學業。」「不要辜負鄉東父老。」可是畢業以後學位可以替我做什麼？論文代表我研究所學習的全部嗎？是一個硬幹也要達陣的過程嗎？一月底的時候，我的確很想硬幹，不過急就章的東西過不了老闆那一關，被澆了幾盆冷水退回檢討之後我又停滯下來。老闆嚴格沒有錯，我同意論文要寫就好好寫，但每次看文獻就會覺得「這樣也能畢業？」，我也不過是要求個學位，把事情作個了結；我對學術沒有遐想，對研究沒有熱情。這些以為自己可以做到但偏偏做不到的事情，起起落落久了，就是壓力的來源，就是個病灶。也許想要有所進展之前，得先認清事實，才知道從何下手，先排除無謂的壓力和空想，才能做到一次有一點進步。標籤： yoga breaks. 訂閱：文章 (Atom).
