Perfect Corned Beef Brisket Sandwich. Perfect Corned Beef Brisket. 1 - 3 pound corned beef brisket. 1 - beef broth (one carton). 1 - can coke. 15 cups of celery. 15 cups of onion. 15 cups of carrots. Directions: put celery, onions, carrots, broth, and coke in a crock pot set to High. Season then brown the brisket in a skillet. Put the browned brisket (fat side up) in the crock pot, cook for 2 hours. After two hours set to low and cook for 4 more hours. Drain au jus then slice and make the perfect sandwich.
