The whole eating healthier thing was the biggest challenge for me and I honestly had my ups and downs. But working with Jason to set short term realistic goals has helped me succeed in adopting a healthier lifestyle. If we would have made drastic changes to the lifestyle I was living in the beginning, I probably wouldn’t have stuck with the program and reached my goals. Jason is extremely passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals and I couldn’t be happier that my friend referred me to him.
