Working out in Hemp is. Because it is strong and holds its shape. This prevents hemp garments from stretching out or becoming distorted with use. My favorite thing about hemp is its resistance to mold. It is porous so your sweat won’t be captured. This fabric is a blend of 55% Hemp and 45% Cotton Jersey Knit.
