July 2nd, 2013. 1 packet Schwartz Beef and Beer Stew with Herb Dumplings. 450g (1lb) lean stewing beef, cubed. 1 onion, sliced. 175g (6oz) carrots, sliced. 1 tbs plain flour. 225ml (8fl oz) beer. 350ml (12fl oz) beef stock. 2 tbs tomato puree. 100g (4oz) self-rising flour. 50g (2oz) beef or vegetable suet. 1 pinch Schwartz Sea Salt Mill.

So I had to think what I could feed the children and myself that would not be boring, that would be filling, and that was quick. Hence the warm chicken salad. 1 x grilled chicken breast cut up. 1 x iceberg lettuce leaves chopped. 5 x basil leaves. 3 x asparagus spearc chopped. 2 x salad onions chopped.
