antique village: Is it better to go with a tour group to Oberammergau?
http://2antiquevillage.blogspot.com/2012/04/is-it-better-to-go-with-tour-group-to.html
Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Is it better to go with a tour group to Oberammergau? I would like to take my grandkids to Oberammergau in 2010. My granddaughter also wants to see France. Would it be best to do our own thing or go with a group? I thought about seeing Switzerland, also. My Dad%26#39;s people were from there. Look into lying into an %26quot;open jaw%26quot; flight arrangement, flying into Zuerich and returning from Munich. Then you can go either by train, at least partially, or by car. 4 day ti...

First trip to Berlin: March 2012
http://firsttriptoberlin.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
First trip to Berlin. Thursday, March 29, 2012. B&B off the beaten track. I%26#39;m doing a tour through europe with my girlfriend. Next week we%26#39;re going to Berlin. During our trip we really enjoyed staying outside the crowdy city centers. I heard the Berlin surroundings are quite beatiful. So it%26#39;s worth to try a B%26amp;b outside. But it should have a good connection to Berlin center. As we like to do some sightseeing, too. Up to now I only found two nice-looking B%26amp;B:. Im going the wee...

Heidelburg Castle: bamberg or regensburg
http://heidelburg-castle.blogspot.com/2012/04/bamberg-or-regensburg.html
Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Looking to go somewhere that isn%26#39;t indundated with day trippers, or it%26#39;s Tuesday therefore it must be xxx (fill in as applicable) types. Do either of these cities fit the bill. Do either of them have somewhere to stay that is small, family-run, basic (like bathroom down the hall), and CHEAP? Seems it%26#39;s getting quite hard to find anywhere like that. Do such places still exist in Germany or are they all now tarted up for rhe American market? I really like the Ho...

http://heidelburg-castle.blogspot.com/2012/04/towns-by-munich.html
Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Are there any wonderful little towns that are a short train ride from Munich that would be enjoyable to visit? Something not so tourist based? This would be around Easter time. Thank you so much. I really liked Fresing which can be reached by Sbahn or Regional Trains:. Http:/ www.freising.de/. The town has just enough tourists to support several restaurants and cafes. Thanks so much. It is on my list. Just what we are looking for. I forgot to mention that Erding is fairly close...
