Yes, I run on purpose. Hee hee not all in one day! I entered the Joggermom Marathon. We had ALL month to finish. I did it in 2 weeks. Tomorrow I have a 5K. I hope to PR the course. If I get a PR for a 5K I will. Still plugging along on my 1/2 training. Changing things up all the time. To fit my/our schedule. Thinking Friday mornings are good for my long run. Then I am not worried all weekend. About getting it done. What are your summer plans? Overall Place: 24,930 out of 50,611. Bloomsday 2011 and a PR.

I am also weaning off of my. 8220;happy pills”. Which is good too. Clears my head,. Lightens my heart,. And refreshes my mood. It helps me re-focus. Or not focus on anything. Getting my groove back. Yes, I run on purpose. I ran a Turkey Trot Saturday. I woke up feeling great. Had a cup of coffee before leaving the house. Then refilled for the 40 minute drive to CdA. I was well rested. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred. And I fully believe it helped me. I am (feeling) stronger all over, not just my legs. I tried to suck down an energy gel. I will stick with cheweys.
