Just another WordPress.com site. Pão recheado (Presunto e Mussarella) – Stuffed bread (ham and mozzarella). Bread Stuffed with Ham and Cheese. 3 cups (tea) water. 3 tbsp (tablespoons) yeast (for bread). 1 spoon (soup) spoon of salt. Flour enough to unglue hands. 1 egg for brushing. 400 grams of chopped ham. 400 grams of grated mozzarella. Or stuffing as you like taste…. In a blender, beat the sugar water, salt, eggs, oil and yeast. Beat just to mix. Place in a bowl, adding flour to unglue hands.
