Independent Close To My Heart Consultant. Monday, October 11, 2010. I have taken quite a bit of the sumer off. I am beginning to think our summer will never end. It is still so HOT here. October is Pastor Appreciation month and I have made a couple of thank you cards for our pastors. They don't have many Cricut cuts to them this time. Patterns of the Day. I've been Knitting every now and then since I taught myself how from Mary Maxim Patterns back around the 1980's, my first projects where sweaters and them old jackets you seen back then with the dogs/cats on the back. I made these for my kids when they were small. From there I made tons of things from Afghans to potholders. This is the first thing I Crocheted together with my Mom.
