Since carlee woke up early on saturday we got ready for the day and then went for a walk. she ended up getting to play at the park with andrew. she had the park to herself! Andrew said she enjoyed it. we saw some geese. she liked watching them make some noise. Because she was up early she feel asleep before lunch! She was being cranky and so we put on shaun the sheep for her and that's now she feel asleep on the couch. Everyone just hanging out.

I made the Banana and Walnut version, but I can’t wait to try the others. 2 c Old Fashioned Oats (not Quick Cooking). 4 scoops vanilla whey/20 grams of protein per scoop (I used 8 scoops of PLAIN Tera’s Whey which equaled out to 80 g. of protein total). 1 t baking powder. 4 egg whites or 1/2 c. liquid egg whites. 1 1/2 c. water (or almond milk). OPTIONS FOR TYPES OF BARS.
