Monday, September 27, 2010. Little J came to hang out with us a couple weekends ago. My sister and brother in-law, Lynn and Darryl, help with the bike race, Logan to Jackson. I had such a fun time. I led Little J on Snowball. She absolutely loved it. She loved it so much we walked around for 2 hours because she wasn't ready to get off the horse. We then went to see Grandma and Grandpa Merritt. Thursday, August 26, 2010. After 18 years Zach has flown the coop and headed for Utah State. We had tearful partings (o.k. I was the only one crying). Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Monday, December 21, 2009. We cut this tree down in the South Hill's for Zach's grave. Mom had to get all new ornaments this year because the Saxon threw everything away before we could take it down last year. There are some great photos of Uncle Glen! The little ones were not quite sure about giving up their turn so quickly. Glen pulled the hat down over Cannon's eyes while he tried to unwrap. He didn't think that was very fair so Glen did the same when he rolled doubles.

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Babysitting Lucas and Taylor. Abigail tried basketball for the first time ever this year. We were a bit worried that she would have a negative experience having never done it before but she did great. She has amazing potential if she will stick to it. She even managed to make a few baskets. Way to go Abby! Allie loses her first teeth. Allie went to the dentist in January and we were so grateful that she didn't have any cavities! She better not with all that metal in her mouth now!

Monday, August 1, 2011. 4th of July with the Thompsons. We had a great time on the 4th of July. We took the girls boating for the 1st 1/2 of the day at what we thought was a not so well known location - well there were about 8 boats there when we arrived - so much for that theory! Now would be the time to gun the engine. Allie is still not brave enough to get on the tube. Doesn't the water look nice and clean? Hannah with some friends. A group of anxious kids. Saturday, October 31, 2009. Jerome 35 - Poky 33. What a bummer for the Tigers to lose in the first round of the playoffs for state. I am sad for Zach because this is his "thing" and it is all over for now. We played Poky tough and went back and forth. We missed our first field goal attempt and a 2 point conversion on the next touchdown. Zach's knees have really bothered him this season and it is such a downer because he worked so hard to prepare for the ultimate season of his life in Jerome football!

Saturday, March 9, 2013. We were taken on a tour of Bangkok today! We got to take our picture with the royal guard. I wasn't sure we were going to get a picture as a bunch of Chinese people came up and didn't want to wait their turn to take their photos. After the Grand Palace we got to ride in tuk tuks around the city! Our driver gave us masks to help filter out the exhaust. Don't we look cute? Pretty sure we looked like tourists on this ride.
