Rates for Group Instruction:. The rates for group training are calculated based on how many days a week you plan to train. The initiation to enter into group training is $70. This includes one private session to get you started. We ask for a 6-month commitment to qualify for the monthly rate. Monthly payments can either be electronically debited from your checking account or charged to your credit card. 1 day $90.00/month. 2 days $135.00/month. 3 days $145.00/month. 4 days $165.00/month.

Each week your program will be updated so your very own physical fitness routine changes and progresses as you do.
