Friday, January 9, 2015. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 2 cups of honey wheat pancake mix. 2 large ripe bananas. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make sure eggs and butter are at room temperature. Whip the butter and sugar till creamy. Add eggs one by one and beat them into the butter and sugar. Add milk and vanilla essence beat till fluffy. Mash the bananas and add it to the batter. Finally add the pancake mix and mix gently till everything is incorporated. Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
