Week 4 (November 2-8). 1 Hit 2200 Calories burnt a week (4 times a week)- 3379, 4 good workouts, 1 light walk :). 2 stay within my range at least 5 days a week See yesterday, I definitely improved with this. Per usual, I've been lackluster with pretty much everything. Pretty much, I ran myself ragged and was sick the entire week of Thanksgiving.
