Guess what: IT DIDNT MATTER. I REALLY felt like saying screw this, and calling someone to come get me, because this was not going to be good.

This cake is perfect if you are looking for something a little different then pumpkin pie. I especially love it the next morning for breakfast. 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (libby's is best). 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar. 2 1/2 c. flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 2 tsp ground cinnamon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl add oil, applesauce, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
