From just such statements. More and more States are requiring treatment authorization within 24 hours. Of seeing the patient. Many HMO’s are even making it tougher than this. They say you have to notify them within 12 hours. Or the claim will be DENIED. Don’t have time for this…but we. Here’s how it works:.

Ldquo;Pay as little as 1% …or less! Rdquo; Now that’s more like it! Why should you pay more just because the “numbers” are larger? Basic fee of 9.5% of what is collected. Maximum fee (Capped) of $950.00 per claim. Minimum fee of $50.00 or 50% of the payment, whichever is less. The most you will ever pay on any claim is $950. There are never any “additional” charges. No start-up fee. No monthly fees. No maintenance fees. None.

National Access bills all 51 Medicaid programs (including DC) and over 1000 Medicaid HMO’s. Our custom software program is continuously updated to make sure all the changes from the State’s and HMO’s are implemented. You send or fax your claim form to us. We take the info from your UB04 and enter it into our system. 100’s of edits are applied to your claim. The claim is sent to the State/HMO via paper or electronically. We follow up on all your accounts. Appeals or hearings are no extra charge.
