Monday, January 19, 2009. Mark's sister Kristy just got back from her mission in Brazil at the end of December and this past weekend she came up to visit us. It was so great to see her and she looks so good and happy. She shines with a special light! The kids really loved seeing her and playing with her. Tuesday, February 9, 2010. So, yesterday I went out and took advantage of some deals on feminine products and other things, an all up all this cost me $17.72! I saved almost $50 and I got $9 in Register Rewards a Walgreens! I was able to get:. 4 Boxes Kotex Pads. 4 Boxes Kotex Tampons. 2 Joy Dish Detergents. 1 Bag of Spinach. 2 Cans of Olives. 1 Men's Dove Body Wash. 4 Boxes of Spaghetti. 1 Bottle of All Laundry Detergent. 4 Boxes Valentine Hearts. I was quite pleased with my effort yesterday!

Sunday, August 16, 2009. I loved being out under the stars at night, cooking over a camp fire, and seeing deer run right through our camp! Matt got such a fright when they came within a few feet of him while he was crouched down looking for some sticks for the fire. It scared him half to death! He went running off as fast as he could screaming "DEER! It was pretty hilarious! They can run fast! It was a memorable camping trip. Taking a walk by the lake at sunset. Mark by the camper. Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Emily's Birthday - Sweet 13! Well Emily is now officially a teenager! She has gone from being a sweet, adorable baby to my adorable and (hopefully will continue to be! Friday, March 27, 2009. This is for Mum and Dad. Brady taking his first few steps the night before his Birthday! I can't believe it has been a year already! Our little Brady just turned one and it was so fun to celebrate his birthday with Mark's family. Brady was a show off and decided he could walk after we'd sung to him and he'd eaten his birthday cupcake. It was so funny. He'd only ever taken a few steps before that, so to suddenly see him just get up and go. it was pretty cool! Sunday, March 8, 2009.
