Monday, May 21, 2012. My "go to" snack for years has been the 94 percent fat free microwave popcorn, in the little personal sized bags. But about a month ago I stopped using the microwave. Peanut Butter and Oats Cookies. 1 cup butter, melted. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1/2 cup raw sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3/4 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour. 1 cup wheat bran. 3/4 cup rolled oats. 2 tbsp preground golden flax seed. 2 tsp baking soda. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Goulash also known as “Gulyás leves”, meaning “the soup of the cowboy” is a soup that has its origins in Hungary. The version that I am sharing with you now is a mixture of the Hungarian and the Italian version. 2-tablespoons of olive oil. 1 ½- pounds sweet Italian sausage. Casings removed. 2- large onions chopped. 2 -15 ounce cans of Campbell’s tomato soup 2 cans full of water. 6- large tomatoes. Chopped and pureed in blender with ½- cup of chicken stock.
