The very clean air, the food, wine and scenery are beautiful and only matched by the ambience of La Joliere - we look forward to returning. Mills family, Staffs. La Joliere is far and away the most wonderful place we've stayed in France. Until you have experienced La Joliere. La Joliere is centrally placed and therefore a host of interesting destinations are easily accessible by car - Le Mont St Michel 50 minutes, the west coast with lovely beaches 40 minutes, Bayeux and the Normandy landing beaches 1½ hours or, much closer to home, Villedieu the 'copper town' with its working bell foundry, the granite museum, Bellfontaine the enchanted village and of course the many open-air French markets.

The price of La Joliere is all inclusive. We have, ourselves, in the past received shockingly high bills at the end of holidays which we had neither considered nor budgeted for. Cot and highchair are provided as is bed linen (except for cot), towels, gas, water, electricity and logs at no extra cost. Cool box, swimming towels and beach mats for your seaside picnics. If you desire a two week stay at La Joliere may we suggest that you book early to avoid disappointment. 5th July - 30 August.

La Joliere is a 200 year old stone-built farmhouse set in its own 2½ acres of meadow land with courtyard and lawned areas. It is tranquil and secluded (nearest neighbours 1/2 kilometre away) with lovely far-reaching views on all sides - yet close to all amenities. Enjoy the fantastic views from the outdoor 1st floor decked area whilst enjoying a complimentary glass of wine from the welcome hamper. Watch the sun set, the deer emerge from the woods and our local barn owl search for his evening takeaway.
