Thor has been in real estate for 15 years, 11 of them with Netrent Commercial in Sales and Leasing in the Brisbane fringe. At age 19 Thor obtained his full agents license, and from 2002 he learned the nuts and bolts of residential & commercial agency and property development with part time employment during university. Soon a graduate in Property Economics, he further explored property development after being head-hunted to work for the Pradella Group. He is a strong believer in the ‘win-win’ philosophy.

Life Saving News For Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving Club, Australian Champion Club 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 http:/ www.northcliffesurfclub.com.au. Volunteer Lifesavers patrol Northcliffe Beach on Weekends and Public Holidays between mid September and May. Patrols start at 7am and finish at 6pm during holidays and start at 8am and finish at 5pm at other times. Council Lifeguards patrol the beach on weekdays and weekends between May and September. There are other optional awards that can be obtained.
