Friday, March 28, 2008. From Frites To Chips. Dani got her visa yesterday! She almost didn't get it, as her bank statement said 'Danielle' and not her full name and that wasn't enough proof. But a flimsy piece of paper from the bank in the back of her wallet did the job. The happiness combined with the knots of anxiety in my stomach left me feeling nauseous but we celebrated with a beer and it felt great - we are off to London! For us that is. I hope you guys hit it big in good ol' London! Long, Last Days.

Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Apologies for the lack of updates; everything is great, I just haven't felt like writing lately. Or taking photos. I'll get my blogging mojo back soon. Loving London. Lots to do. The high street is disappointing. But Primark jeans are only £8. I still don't know how to put the pound sign in. We move to Hammersmith in 1.5 weeks. Pub food is cheap and delicious. Thursday, March 27, 2008. Antwerp is only two hours away by train so on Wednesday we excitedly set off for a day trip. It took us four hours to get there after a fire at a station en route, but when we arrived we were thrilled with how pretty everything was. Since I moving into my new flat (May) and getting cable TV (June), I am increasingly watching more television. With that have come a steady stream of lusts. Worryingly I have realised when it comes to eye candy I have tended towards younger types. Confused a bit with that one, as in my late teens obsessions always came in the shape of older men.
