Wednesday, February 23, 2005. To shrink or not to shrink. Everything I've read says the Cognitive/Behavioral therapy is the best (non-drug) option for treating panic and agoraphobia. I'm not so sure that's true. Yes, it's important to learn how to breathe, relax, understand and tolerate the symptoms of panic but at what cost? I'm at a loss. For now. I can think of about 15,000 things I'd rather purchase with $449. 1 220 boxes of Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies. 12 or so per box). 7 18 months of Zoloft.
