Thousands of exoplanets have been discovered in our galaxy, many orbiting close enough to red dwarf stars that liquid water (and life) could be possible (the so-called Goldilocks Zone). Many of these seem to be gas giants, like Jupiter and Saturn. But perhaps one such planet might have a rocky moon with an atmosphere and maybe even intelligent life that has progressed far enough to light cities at night.
