Aug 23, 2010. Michael will be starting Kindergarten in a couple weeks and he couldn't be more excited! He'll be taking the bus to and from which just adds to his joy! I'm so anxious for my lil' guy to experience learning and fun at school. I have my LONG list of concerns too, but like our Father above knew, I too know he has to experience these things for himself. Alaina will be 2 next week! My baby is no longer a baby! She's got a phrase or face or gesture for every occasion. Love that girl.

Feb 11, 2011. Seattle to Portland 2011. Yes, the Crosby family is homeschooling! Just finishing week 2 and loving it! It was a decision based on what more we could offer our kids by them staying home to learn, not because of any anti-public school thing. We really do believe the school system does the very best it can with what it is given. But we are pro-education in a more controlled and involved way now. It's an adventure and I'm sure I'll have some real doozy stories later :). Today I Am Grateful For.

Nov 5, 2009. Alaina Crosby hanging out with her peeps. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm definitely a fan of this group! Lizzie's First Hair Cut. I loved Lizzie's long locks, but she's pretty stubborn about me doing much with it. So it was hair wacking time! Here's her before pic. And here's the after. It's super cute now.
