The God's Cake. I have realised some of my non-UK readers are having a little trouble with the measurements I use, as in England we have different systems. I don’t want any one to have soup rather than jam ( - ) So below I hope this will help:. 130C = 250F = Gas mark 1/2. 150C = 300F = Gas mark 2. 180C = 350F = Gas mark 4. 190C = 375F = Gas mark 5. 200C = 400F = Gas mark 6. 220C = 425F = Gas mark 7. 230C = 450F = Gas mark 8. 1 cup = 275ml. 1 pint = 550ml. 1 quart = 900ml. 1 cup rice U.S = 225g rice.
