On the Way to a Healthier Jeni. Ups, downs, all of it. September 29, 2013. I didn’t realize it had been almost a full year since my last post… shame on me. And that also explains a lot. Time flies, we lose focus, but it is good to ground ourselves and reprioritize. Yes, but so is Jason, so I’m in good company. I can go for a nice long bike ride and still walk after. Yes, but the results are worth it. And the planning, it makes staying on track that much easier. And you know what? I lost 2 lbs this week!
