The Boyds. Life Is Good! Sunday, May 2, 2010. Parades, maple bars, clams, oh my! This weekend Mason and I went to Astoria/Long Beach with my sister Em for Long Beach's annual Loyalty Day Parade. Mike stayed home to refinish our upstairs fir floors. Not sure who had more fun? Saturday was the kids parade in Ilwaco. I am still not sure what Mason thought about it! And had fun reminiscing. I finally understand why you need crazy amounts of willpower to be a successful parent. It is SO easy to just give him the darn thing and enjoy the silence. Not only does Mason sleep in on the days that I have to work. yesterday he took a FOUR AND A HALF HOUR NAP! Today he napped for 40 minutes before pooping his pants and has yet to go back down. Why does my child hate me? Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Friday, November 6, 2009. Gluten is very hard on my system, resulting in almost immediate migraine.
