Can't Stop Knitting: I Knew This Was A Bad Idea
http://cantstopknitting-lae.blogspot.com/2008/08/i-knew-this-was-bad-idea.html
Because I Don't Want To! Friday, August 15, 2008. I Knew This Was A Bad Idea. I'm usually not one for knitalongs or other types of knitting together. I like doing my own thing on my own time. Same reason I don't join a bookclub even though I love to read. So why oh why did I think joining the Olympic Knitting group was a good idea? And an even better question, just what was I thinking when I picked the Flower Basket Shawl in LACEWEIGHT? This is what I noticed today-. Can you see it? The leaves are starti...

New England Knitter: November 2013
http://neknitter.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Should be sleeping- but I'd rather be knitting! Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Fourth graders here are studying the regions of the United States. One thing they are doing is sending out a bear to travel the country collecting interesting information about where they visit. Above you will see Fudgie. He will be greatly missed while on his travels, but he is decked out is his Red Sox gear, so that is a consolation. Bon Voyage Fudge- looking forward to seeing you in the spring. New England Knitter: October 2014
http://neknitter.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Should be sleeping- but I'd rather be knitting! Monday, October 27, 2014. Ack- thought I'd get a post in before the year is over- sad I know. I will do a round up of the few projects I have worked on this year. But for now I was thinking of my wig. Six years ago (today) I posted a pattern for a wig. Though it hasn't been made all that many times (judging from what is posted on Ravelry) I just love the way it has been used. You can see some of my wigs, made by others, at the link below:.

A blog about my adventures with knitting, my 114 year old house, my husband, my adorable daughter and son, and two crazy rat terriers. Saturday, November 29, 2014. Today I wanted to talk to you about the fundamentals of eating solids. Mommy and Daddy have told me they like to employ the method known as baby-led weaning. As you can see, I have my trusty food net all loaded and ready to go so let's get started, shall we? First, reach for your food net and grasp the ring to bring it up to your mouth. Links ...

https://dixygirl.wordpress.com/2008/12/26/hello
One girl’s life with yarn, cats and a spinning wheel. December 26, 2008. Hello hello hello hello…. Wow, that’s some wicket echo! Sorry for the long absence. I just lost track of time and wrapped up in plurk and apparently had very little to say. I’m going to hopefully blog more. Maybe about knitting, maybe about life and other things. I’m not going to promise anything other than that I’m still here and doing just fine! Hope everyone had a good holiday and that the new year brings love, light and happiness.
