We found a pumpkin patch nearby and Gabriel had a great time riding the hay wagon, inspecting "poh-kins" and climbing hay bales. Gabriel - dancing his heart out! Chad, Emily, Holly and Cassie. Sunday, September 14, 2008. Where did the summer go? I can't believe it's the middle of September and I haven't updated my blog since June! It was a fun, busy summer. Here are a few highlights. In June the girls and I flew cross country to spend time with my family in California. It's always a great time! My parents braved LegoLand with us and of course the girls wanted to only ride with Grandma and Grandpa. In July Holly started second grade. She's growing up so fast!

The girls love going to Grandma and Papa's. Once again I didn't take many pictures. I did get these of the girls playing in the leaves. They had a blast! Happy Birthday to my sweet husband. This is a few weeks late (major procrasinator here) but we actually did celebrate on. Just about every second car in Wellington had an All Black car flag on their rear window; houses had large NZ flags on their balconies; some even had flag poles with the NZ flag - oh yes, we certainly got behind 'our boys'. I had a NZ flag on my car - Daddy had 2 flags, one NZ and one England; we hung two flags off our balcony (yes one NZ and one England . afterall. You can take the boy out of England but you cannot.
