Somewhere over the fertile rainbow…. Where there's a dream that I heard of once in a lullabye. There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. June 25, 2015. It also is stronger on the ovaries. I’ll take it! 65% of IVF working for my age with 30% of twins. Is this really happening? We all decided I will take the Femara for three months with progesterone and see where that leads me! Somewhere over the fertile rainbow…. Where there's a dream that I heard of once in a lullabye. July 1, 2015. Yesterday was my 27th birthday. It didn’t start out too great but it changed for the better as time went on. I had a 7 am ultra sound and they found two cysts on my left ovary (The good one too dammit!
