Our Animal Viewing Station- Our Balcony. In our spare time, while hanging out at the resort, we often went out onto the balcony to see the animals. Cut pork into bite size pieces. Mix pork and taco seasoning into plastic bag and shake well. Then brown meat in 3 tbsp oil, add apricot jam and salsa. I put this in the crock pot for 4-6 hours.
