It's been a long time since I posted on my blog. Facebook has been a huge distraction on the computer! Went to Pittsburg today to see Aunt Beth and Uncle Bill. Even got to see Uncle Lloyd. After eating lunch at the Mall Deli we saw a Safety Car Show and Aidan got to sit in a helicopter. He also got to run around the yard for a while before it started to rain. Pretty cool day! We saw a few bunnies and some "doggles"(dogs)! Hard to believe he is already 20 months old. His bike jersey barely fits! Apparentl...

Today Aidan met his two uncles and his cousin. They were working on Brandon's car and they let him play with all the greasy tools and car parts. He was in heaven running around the parking lot, being outdoors and getting dirty! He is all boy! It was great for me to watch him hanging with the boys! 26 years ago my nephew stood on Buckey! Thought this was too cute not to post. Here is Aidan with his pal Brendan. He is one of the little guys I watch. Aidan is 15 months old and Brendan is 10 months old. It's crazy to see how much bigger Aidan is with only a five month difference! Brendan is a really skinny little guy to begin with but you can really see it next to Aidan. Brendan will be leaving me in March. His mom is having another baby and so she is planning to stay at home with the both of them! Will winter ever end? Aidan in the snow.

We've managed to get out on the tandem a few times already this summer. The other night was our longest ride, we were out for an entire hour. We rode down to the Tuesday night Crit races so Aidan could cheer on the bikers. He just loves to see the pack of bikers zoom by.and yells "Bikey"! Then we took the trails down through Shawnee Mission Park. Lots of animals were out. We saw deer, Aidan just goes "maaaa" at them. Not sure if he thinks they might be goats? We saw a few bunnies and some "doggles"(dogs)!
