The thing about feelings is that they assault you when you least expect. 10 de maio de 2013. E agora, estou diabética. Diabetes gestacional. Sim, eu sei que na maioria dos casos passa após o parto. Também sei que, desde que controlada, não há consequências graves nem para mim, nem para a criança. Sei que o controlo da coisa passa por um sacrifício necessário. Sei que há coisas piores. Mas porra, posso estar triste, ou não? É mais um factor de stress, mais uma limitação. Tenho um puzzle mental para fazer.

June 1, 2012. Creative salads for lunch. I love salad. I could seriously just sit down and eat an entire head of iceberg lettuce…and I have, but I do like being a little more creative, especially when I am trying to add nutrients! This is one of my favorites:. It is simply a blend of iceberg lettuce and spinach, along with carrots, cucumbers, homemade Italian dressing, Gardein chicken strips (2), and avocado. Enjoy :).
