To write down my feeling or anything in my routine life. 回顧2008年,工作上沒有任何的進步.2007年底離開前一個公司後,超過3個月後才找到目前的工作.在無工作的期間要謝謝小如的支持及打氣. 目前公司是一家外商,薪資及福利的確是較一般公司好,但無任何的決策權;同時上司也不是很有gut及頭腦的人. 以前總覺得自已學會計應該要有一點投資理財的行動才對,但自已總是摸不著頭緒,所以也就興趣缺缺.上過課後,我覺得總算有了一個方法及方向.很奇怪的,我同時也覺得未來充滿了希望. 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 1971年生,世居三重,結婚6年後有了一個小女兒.因為女兒的關係,舉家搬到淡水租屋而居. To write down my feeling or anything in my routine life. 大約是在去年初吧,我們就持續得在找自住的房子.在這段時間內我們將三重中山路的房子賣了,曾差點成交了一間仁愛路的老舊公寓,最後還是回到原點. 我們最初的目標是學府路32巷內那三棟社區,我想大約看了不下10間吧,這中間也有下訂金斡旋不成的;不過那段期間馬英九當選,大家預期景氣會大好,賣方都獅子大開口,並不是買屋的好時點. 隨著景氣的惡化,我們找房子,看房子的範圍也擴大了,北投,士林,中正區,大安區都是目標區.最後當然是無疾而終,因為:1.台北市房價仍然太高, 2.小曈的就學問題讓我們有所猶豫. 可是就在前天,緣份到了吧.因為幾天前,與小如談到很想搬離目前居住的地方,或許可以用租屋的方式搬到一個較適當的環境.小如就在麗陽附近看到電線桿廣告,她先去看了一次,昨天我們一起去看;當天下訂金斡旋,晚上仲介說成交,今天就要簽約了.有夠快! 回顧2008年,工作上沒有任何的進步.2007年底離開前一個公司後,超過3個月後才找到目前的工作.在無工作的期間要謝謝小如的支持及打氣.

Paintings in Pastel and Oils. Philip Leevers was born in 1943, and graduated from the Royal College of Art in painting in 1965. After teaching for four years, he changed direction, and worked in pottery, particularly using decorative lustres, and making large decorative plates, usually featuring landscapes.
