This installment is extremely overdue, but I promise it'll get you thinking. I talked about what a recipe is, and I concluded that it is primarily a guide, a set of assembly instructions. I also concluded that recipes don't really teach the user how to cook, but one could. Use them as teaching supplemental material and rewriting a recipe can certainly help with this.
